Manual hand controls for acceleration and braking are available in some of our vehicles at an added daily rate. Driver(s) wishing to rent a vehicle equipped with hand controls must present an updated prescription or certification from a certified Colorado driver rehab specialist.

Allows transfer from wheelchair to the driver or passenger seat in our vans. Seat base is mounted in place of traditional seat so availability is limited. Provides a safe easy transition from chair to chair and more seat adjustments.
Additional fees
Loss Damage Waiver
Not an insurance product. This fee covers you in the event that there are dings, dents, or scratches which are smaller than the size of a Dollar Bill present when the vehicle is returned (that are not indicated on the checkout sheet at the time of rental). This fee is offered at $32.99/day or $99/week, $150/month.
Out of State Usage Surcharge
Our vehicles can be used outside of Colorado however these trips put extra wear and tear on the vans. We have instituted an Out of State Usage Surcharge. This fee is offered at $39/day or $250/week, $500/month.
Delivery Charges
Drop Off/Pick Up ($165/each way, up to 50-miles) in the Metro Denver area, which includes the Denver International Airport.
Additional charges will vary depending on both location and times, so please call for a specific quote. These charges may be avoided by picking van up by arrangement at our Denver, Colorado location.
CO Concession Recovery Fee PCT
This fee is in an effort to offset the increased prices in Colorado affecting our business. The fee is: $4.99/day, or $14.99/week, and $49/month.
Mileage Charges
Rental fees include 100 free miles per day, accumulative.
Any additional mileage above and beyond this allotment is charged at $0.39 per mile.
Fuel Charges
Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank.
Refueling service fee of $6.50/gallon will apply if vehicle is returned with less fuel than supplied at the time of delivery (as indicated on the contract).
Service Animals
Service animals pets are always welcome in the vehicles.
Please note: Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive hair/messes.
Smoking
All of our vehicles are non-smoking vehicles.
Please respect our vans and the possible allergies of our future clients.
Smoking in a vehicle will incur a $100.00 minimum cleaning/fumigating fee – this includes any medical usage smoke.
Toll Fees
The Metro Denver Tollways have gone cashless, billing via license plate to the vehicle owner.
For all renters using any toll roads, there will be an administrative fee of $10.00 in addition to actual toll fees – there are multiple charge points on E470 so please be aware of these.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellations 7 days prior to usage or less may be subject to cancellation charges up to the full value of the reservation. As a general rule, we will work with you regarding health and travel issues, but do reserve the right to charge cancellation fees when appropriate.
